My friend Ron and I were viewing and photographing the aspens along Chaffee County Road 306 (sometimes referred to as "Cottonwood Pass Road") and encountered some significant snowfall near the top of the pass. The wind was really strong too!
	Upon arriving at Cottonwood Pass, I convinced my buddy to run out there so I could get a photo of him at the sign. I'll admit I was too lazy to get out of the car. ;)
	Coming back down - a view of the snowy road through the windshield.
	The snowfall and accumulation continued for a short while as we drove downward in elevation. This was my final snow photo for the day. Winter is definitely coming soon to Colorado!
