Colorado Snow In June! (Independence Pass, CO - June 6, 2008)

	I made my annual "snow journey" to Independence Pass in Colorado yesterday. Just look at all this snow remaining ... And it's June!
	All that very pretty white snow!
	Myself standing beside a large snow bank at one of the hairpin turns.
	The Pitkin County sign still has a long way to go before it will be free from all that snow! ;)
	At the top of the road, there were many skiers taking advantage of things. If you look closely, you can see a line of skiers slowly hiking up the hill to the right.
	Two photos at the spot known as Independence Pass - this is part of the Continental Divide for the entire country.
